Bought my Audi A8 and well impressed
I'd seen a audi A8 which they had up for sale in which I've been looking at getting one and can say I rang up riverside view cars and spoke with sales staff Gordon in which he was very helpful and genuinely impressed with his sales in doing everything he can to help me out with buying this car which now I'm the proud owner of. I am totally impressed and overwhelmed with how the car is. It's totally amazing and top quality car with what I have bought totally mint condition and not a mark on it anywhere outside or inside. Totally recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go and give them a visit. Just want to say a big massive thanks to Gordon for helping me get my car. Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased a VW Caddy van from Riverside a couple of weeks ago. They were very friendly and efficient. I gave my old van in as a part x and was given a fair price. When I was on my way home an engine warning light appeared on the car. I rang them and they said just bring it back and they would fix it I asked could I take it to my local garage and was told I could. They fixed it and i informed Riverside of the cost and they put the money straight into my account. Now this is what I call customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. I certainly would go back here again.

Very friendly and helpful for example: I seen that the drivers side wing mirror paint had faded and without any questions they got it sorted. I've been looking for a Scirocco for a few months until I've seen an advert from Riverside. I instantly went to go have a closer view of the car and Riverside were there for any help or questions about the car. Their customer service was great from start to finish. I've opted in for their extra warranty as it was a no brainer as well as great value for money. Top service from all points.

Very good service, the guys were great from helping me choose a car that's right for me, fixing a little mark on the car and also delivering it to my work place as I would struggle to collect it.. they understood that this was a large and thought out purchase for myself and was patient with me whilst I pecked their heads for info.. I contacted riverside view car sales as I was wanting a particular car but couldn't find exactly what I wanted myself and I was introduce to a guy called Johnathan. It felt like a conversation with a friend rather than someone trying to sell me something. He advised me that he would now do the leg work and find me the car of my dreams( the car I wanted was an Audi SQ7 and I was VERY PICKY with the spec) within 48 hours Johnathan had found me 5 cars and yes 1 of them was the one I drove away with... the level of service I received was the best in 15 years at a car garage and I bought my last car direct from Audi so this shows the level of customer service Riverside view car sales strive to offer.... River view car sales sell top notch cars but on this occasion we bought a top notch motorhome from them. The main guy we deal with was nothing but helpful throughout. We attended on the day to pay and pick up the motorhome and they spent the best part of two hours going through everything with us as we had never owned a motorhome before and we had 100's of questions. On leaving with the motorhome we discovered the leisure battery was broken. I went out and paid for a new on to have it fixed but said nothing to Riverside thinking this was my problem. Then I needed to find out how to connect the BBQ to the gas on the motorhome so called the dealer. He immediately realised the BBQ was broken and had the whole thing replaced for free. He was annoyed at me for not contacting about the leisure battery when I told him I'd replaced it. He then paid for half of the cost of the battery! This man went above and beyond for customer service. If you need a car, buy one off them, excellent service.

Best place in Warrington to buy your cars! My experience was exceptional here. The staff were amazing, they helped me with every question I had and I ending up leaving with my dream car. They were kind and welcoming, but not pushing for a sale. I ended up getting a brilliant deal and had the most positive experience in buying a car. My lease car was due back so I had 2 weeks to find a suitable car with a Sat Nav & Bluetooth as part of my specifics. I first came in & was shown various cars & that they had plus they were expecting a delivery. The staff were helpful & friendly & I have been going in on a regular basis to check the new stock. Every time I felt confident that I would get my new car before the leased car was due back. Last Friday I went in & saw the perfect car, I am a nervous driver so the owner who was very helpful offered to deliver my car. The car was delivered when promised, they had put two extra new tyres & a full service, arranged my tax for me, they couldn't have possibly offered a better all round service. Thank you for a smooth experience, I would highly recommend!

I got my focus St from here I called up and travelled 2 hours to see the car and it was exactly how it was described over the phone no lies nothing hidden. On arrival I was met with a shake of the hand and a hello. He walked me around the car gave me the keys and left me to view it for my self (which I like) after this we went for a nice test drive and we made a deal I drove away that day no issues. Garage was grate and the cars he had for sale were of a great selection clean and tidy. I had one or two issues with the car after perches but they had no problem sticking to the warrenty agreement and had my car fixed up right away they even traveled 2 hours to collect it and give me a hire car while they had it in there care. Car came back cleaner than it was when they collected it and the car was fixed and back on the road. I would 100% recommend these to anyone wanting a car first time buyers don't have to worry as the customer service is the best I've ever come across. Thanks guys

I purchased a 2nd hand 2007 Focus ST from Riverside 3 weeks ago. I was a little scared about buying an older car from what I'm used to due to my finances not being great atm, but Riverside were very friendly and down to earth and more importantly honest! I paid cash for the car and asked for a few things to be put right before I paid the balance which he did for me. After a week I had further mechanical issues which Riverside were more than happy to put right at their cost (warranty wouldn't cover it as wear and tear parts), they even gave me a car to use for the week I didn't have mine. I am all for great customer service before buying, but the most important in my opinion is aftersales customer service and I can honestly say Riverside Motors has gone above and beyond to keep me happy. I would highly recommend buying from Riverside again in the future. Thanks again for your help and making sure I was satisfied with the service received.

Being a parent and pregnant with twins it was a disaster when my car broke down and couldn't be repaired. Riverside view were fantastic and I can not recommend them enough. Initially I was was panicking thinking I had no car with loads of appointments to get to. Thankfully they lent me a car for a number of weeks until they managed to find me the ideal car for my expanding family meeting all my needs! I honestly don't know what I would have done without them and can't imagine any other company doing so much to accommodate me.
